It became free to cross the Crown Princess Mary Bridge at the end of 2021. Any invoice you receive in 2022 will be for crossings that you made in 2021, which must be paid for. You can pay your invoice here:

If you crossed the bridge before 1 January 2022 without a Fjordpay agreement, you must pay DKK 14 plus an administration fee of DKK 20 for the crossing. You can avoid the administration fee by setting up an agreement, even after 1 January 2022. It’s free to set up an agreement. Agreements will expire no later than 28 February 2022.

Brobizz Operatør A/S took over customer accounts when the company Fjordforbindelsen Frederikssund was closed. You will now see “Brobizz Operatør A/S” instead of “Fjordforbindelsen Frederikssund” on your invoices, mailings and at

You can easily check whether your crossing has been paid for, regardless of whether you have a bizz, use automatic payment via a Fjordforbindelsen agreement, or make a one-off payment.

  • If you crossed the bridge before the end of 2021 and don’t have an automatic payment agreement, you will receive a bill by post after 10 to 15 days, which must be paid here. The bill will include a DKK 20 administration fee. If you want to avoid this fee, you can set up an agreement for free when you pay your bill here:
  • If you paid using your bizz, you can see an overview of your usage by logging into your account with your issuer: Brobizz, Forsea, Øresund Bridge, or AutoPASS. It will show here if your bizz has been charged for the crossing.
  • If you used automatic payment via a Fjordforbindelsen agreement, you can see whether your crossing was recorded under “Invoice/Trips” at If your crossing is listed here, we will have requested payment via your agreement.
