The fact that the toll station at Crown Princess Mary's Bridge is a Free flow system means that there are no booms at the toll station. You pass it without stopping.
On each side of the road is a mast with equipment that registers the passing vehicles. The equipment in the mast reads the registration number, detects whether a bizz is present and measures the type of vehicle in question.
The payment is made automatically for the vehicles that have an agreement of a kind, while vehicles without an agreement subsequently have to enter the website here to pay.
